Called late in the day on a Friday after tankless water heater failed completely & had massive leak. Called so many companies starting at the top of my google list. Pretty much got the runaround. Reached out to 2 Sons & after 20 minutes of conversation had an 8 AM Saturday appointment with a new tankless replacement. Brandon came in with an assistant and proceeded to R&R the heater and add new shutoff valves & an absolutely clean install!All done, no mess left behind. Absolutely professional work & customer service. Highly recommend this company!

If you need a plumber, don't call these guys. Ive had to have them come out to my house over 5 different times to replace a 3 piece faucet in my shower and it still leaks. I don’t know how these guys are in business.The first guy came to replace 2 pieces in my shower. He fixes one says can’t do other because its seized- fine. Was initially told it would cost around $500 to replace 2 parts. He was only able to replace one and instead of remaking the bill he says he will “discount” it only the original price went up to $640 so even with the "discount" it was still $500 to replace the internals on 1 handle- probably a $20 part.Next day that middle piece he couldn’t remove starts leaking. Make another appointment. He comes back, says its fixed, makes up invoice to recommend replacing 2 parts again and this time price is under $500- he charged me that previously to replace 1 piece of the faucet. We didn’t have to pay again but when he gave me the second quote it reflected the inconsistency in pricing. Right after he leaves I see it is still leaking in the exact same spot. Make another appointment, and they end up having to send another guy.New guy comes and stops leak but the cold water knob ends up breaking. The fixtures are old and I'm not blaming him but whatever he did made it unusable. It was not turning the water on or off. At this point he calls someone and they end up saying that they will replace all 3 now for no cost- great. Says he will be back next morning at 10, nobody shows. After waiting all morning and afternoon I finally call in around 2 to have them tell me that he was gathering parts and that we needed to make another appointment. Another day wasted dealing with this. I understand this is a simple miscommunication but with everything else combined it was incredibly frustrating.Finally comes and fixes everything but the cold water side starts leaking immediately. Have to call AGAIN, make ANOTHER appointment and spend another day waiting around for these guys to show up. Plumber ends up late from previous job and ends up over 2 hours behind telling me they can be to my house around 8pm- by this point I had been waiting since noon. I have to reschedule now for the next day. Yet another day wasted. I have been dealing with this problem for over a week and my faucet still leaks.On top of that, every time they come and go they leave a mess. Tracking mud and leaves in my house and leaving the bathtub dirty. I have to go in every time and clean up after they leave.Unprofessional.

Had an emergency need for a tankless water heater. 2 Sons was able to arrive the very next day and completed the install same day. The technician, Brandon, was thorough and communicative. I had a very good experience with this company.

2sons plumbing came out to the house on an emergency basis ( never pour metamucil down the drain or in a toilet it acts like liquid cement). Elijah was punctual, informative, friendly and very skilled and fixed the problem!

I reached out to 2sons to see if the "new for 2025" R32 Daikin SD equipment is available yet - a simple, reasonable and easy question, I thought... Since I have HVAC experience, and have had others already out to the house to confirm that my desired equipment was indeed the correct equipment for the solution I wanted, I provided all of this detail to 2Sons (full transparency) and asked them to check with their distributer to see if this new equipment is available yet (wasn't in December, but was supposed to be in January). If so, I welcomed them out for a site walk to confirm for themselves before quoting. 2sons (Chris) refused to do this simple 10 minute check and insisted their "business model" requires a customer visit first. Inefficient for all, IMHO, as I've experienced this already with others and told Chris that. After some back and forth, Chris insisted customers find this model most efficient. Let's see --Time comparison:What I proposed: Tech calls rep (aka distributer) to check on equipment availability (10 min). If no availability, done (as I said I would not consider other solutions up front). [0:10 of tech time wasted, 0:00 customer time wasted]. If availabile, tech comes out to confirm and then prepare quoteVS.What 2sons proposed: Site visit (2 hours if tech time, including travel - plus 1 hour of customer time). Tech then contacts rep (10 min) so they can prepare a quote - and finds equipment not yet available. No sale. [3:10 hours of everyone’s time was needlessly wasted]. If available, tech provides quoteIt is as it seems to be... Glad I learned this early – saved me a lot of wasted time with 2sons. YMMV

2 Sons is our family’s go to for plumbing services. It is so easy to schedule with them and their communication around your appointment is excellent. Every technician there has been wonderful. We recently moved out of our home for renovation work and needed to uninstall our dishwasher and stove. Justin uninstalled everything and when we moved back in 2 So a made sure that he was the tech to come back and do the reinstallation. Their company always takes very detailed notes and photos on the work they do to reference back later which I really appreciate. Justin was very efficient and professional making sure all appliances were working well before leaving. He even did additional work fixing a toilet for us while he was there. Cannot recommend this company enough for when you need plumbing work completed!

Prices are really unfair. After arriving, the technician said there is a minimum charge of $300 for any work or if they have to open the truck and take out parts. So they quoted me 65% over the minimum charge. I paid a dispatch fee of $50 because I did not accept the quote.

Carey just finished a job for us and I have to say he is top-notch and probably the best plumber I have used. It is expensive, but not nearly as expensive as companies like Beacon Plumbing and Southwest Plumbing.

I could not be happier with the service Dave with 2 Sons Plumbing provided. My families' home in Mountlake Terrace had an extremely clogged bathroom sink. Dave went the extra mile when he didn't necessarily have to in order to fix the clog - initially due to the severity of the clog we anticipated a need to replace some of the old pipe, and were thrilled to avoid that unnecessary work due to Dave's persistence. I will be using 2 Sons Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.
